Angelo has extensive experience in corporate finance services, with a focus on transaction services, restructuring and debt advisory across various sectors of the manufacturing and commercial services industries.
He has also gained significant experience in providing advisory services to public sector organisations.
He acts as a certifying auditor in judicial and extrajudicial corporate restructuring processes.
In addition, he serves on the Boards of Statutory Auditors and Boards of Directors of several companies, and is directly involved in the Statutory Audit of numerous Italian businesses.
BACKGROUND
Angelo began his career at Ernst & Young in 2001, joining first the audit department and subsequently the corporate finance department, where he contributed to the establishment and growth of the debt advisory business unit.
In 2011, he founded Epyon and took on the role of Partner.
Angelo graduated in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
He has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2007. Since 2023, he has been registered in the Italian Register of Business Crisis and Insolvency Practitioners maintained by the Italian Ministry of Justice.
