Cristian has over 15 years of experience in auditing the financial statements of leading Italian listed companies, international groups, private business groups and private equity-owned groups.
Over the last ten years, he has focused on capital markets, in particular overseeing stock market listing processes.
He has gained significant experience in valuation, specialising in impairment testing and purchase price allocation.
He holds positions as Chairman and Statutory Auditor, including for listed companies, and serves as an independent director in major industrial groups.
Background
Cristian began his career at Ernst & Young in 1998, joining the corporate audit department and developing specific expertise in the industrial and commercial sectors. Since 2010, Cristian has been a Statutory Auditor.
In 2014, he joined Epyon as a Partner.
Cristian graduated in 1996 from the Catholic University of Milan, Faculty of Economics.
