Francesco has extensive experience in M&A at both domestic and international levels, with a focus on the digital and tech sectors.
Throughout his career, he has successfully completed over 60 transactions as Investment Manager of listed multinational tech groups and as Advisor to Italian and international industrial groups and private equity funds.
Francesco also serves as Finance Manager at Distrilog Informatique and as Board Member of Softcash AG, Datalog Italia Srl and White Rabbit Srl.
Background
Francesco began his career at Deloitte & Touche in the audit department.
At Ernst & Young, from 2006 to 2010, he worked in the transaction support team, specialising in financial due diligence and corporate finance.
Over the following three years, he served as Vice President at Whiteport Capital SA, an M&A boutique with offices in Frankfurt, Madrid and Lugano.
In Frankfurt, from 2013 to 2017, he held the role of M&A Manager at Volaris Group (an operating unit of Constellation Software Inc.).
Francesco is currently a Partner at Epyon, where he leads the tech M&A team.
Francesco graduated in 2004 with a degree in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
He has been a Chartered Accountant since July 2015.
