Throughout his career, Matteo has worked with numerous clients in Italy and abroad, gaining in-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards, as well as experience in the preparation and audit of consolidated and separate financial statements and the related processes and procedures.
His expertise is further complemented by valuation assignments, including purchase price allocation and impairment testing, as well as transaction services.
He has contributed to various corporate restructurings and, concurrently, handles several audit engagements.
Background
Matteo began his career at Ernst & Young in 2010, joining the audit department and developing specific expertise in the field of industrial and commercial companies and groups.
In 2014, he joined Epyon and, from 2024, took on the role of Associate Partner.
Since 2019, Matteo has been a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.
Matteo graduated from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in Management, Corporate Finance and Controlling.
